FAQ’S
We offer programming for students grades kinder-senior year divided into age-appropriate divisions.
Both group classes and private lessons are valuable, but they serve different purposes. Group classes build teamwork, confidence, and performance experience, while private lessons provide individualized instruction tailored to each student’s unique goals, strengths, and areas for growth. Students receive immediate feedback, personalized exercises, and focused coaching that simply isn’t possible in a group setting.
Every student begins with different strengths, goals, and experience levels. Lessons are customized to meet each student’s needs, whether they’re building confidence, preparing for auditions, improving vocal technique, developing acting skills, or working toward a specific role. As students grow, their lesson plan evolves with them.
Private lessons give students the tools to become stronger, more confident performers. Through consistent training in technique, storytelling, audition preparation, and performance skills, students often feel more prepared and perform at a higher level in auditions. While no role can ever be guaranteed, private coaching helps students put their best foot forward every time they step into the audition room.
Private lessons aren’t just for aspiring professionals! Many students take lessons simply because they love singing or acting and want to build confidence, develop a new skill, or express themselves creatively. Whether your goal is performing on Broadway, participating in community theatre, school productions, church performances, or simply enjoying the arts, lessons are designed to help you grow at your own pace.
Absolutely! We welcome students of all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re returning to performing after years away, preparing for auditions, building confidence for public speaking, or simply pursuing a lifelong passion, our instructors create a supportive environment where adults can continue to learn and grow..
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive college audition coaching for students pursuing musical theatre, acting, and voice programs. We help students select appropriate audition material, build a balanced audition package, refine songs and monologues, strengthen performance skills, prepare for prescreens, and navigate the audition process with confidence. Our goal is to help each student present their most authentic and polished self.
All instructors are required to hold a degree in the subject they teach—most have master’s degrees. In addition to their academic training, every instructor brings real-world, professional experience in theatre, ensuring the highest caliber of performing arts education available for this age group in the city.
For younger students, parents are welcome to stay during the first lesson to help their child feel comfortable. After that, we typically encourage students to attend lessons independently whenever appropriate. This allows them to build confidence, develop independence, and create a focused learning environment. We are always happy to discuss progress or answer questions before or after lessons.
