Pre Professional company
The Pre-Professional Company is a selective, audition-only training experience designed for dedicated students passionate about musical theatre. The program is divided into two age groups: one for middle school students and one for high school students, ensuring age appropriate training and mentorship.
This dynamic 14-week journey is designed to elevate their musical theatre skills, build confidence, and prepare them for the stage. With expert instruction from industry professionals and Broadway level guests, students will rotate through vocal, acting, dance, and audition focused masterclasses, culminating in a showcase for New York City agents and casting directors in the spring semester.

- Final end of year showcase with New York City professionals, April 2027!

AUDITION PROCESS
How to Audition for the PPC
To be considered, please audition in person or by video following the guidelines below:
IN PERSON AUDITION
Date: August 9, 2026
Time: 9am-5pm
Location: San Antonio Broadway Theatre
PLEASE PREPARE (IN PERSON & VIDEO)
- Two contrasting songs (from a musical) 32 bar cuts
- One 60 second monologue of your choosing
- Headshot & Resume
- A short dance call will be at the audition for placement purposes
